first impression of the common areas as well as the hotel front. The cleaner
and more maintained, the better the chances of good services and rooms.

staff behavior upon arrival. Kind and eager to help staff is a good omen of a
pleasant staying.
3. The
elevator. If new and spacy lifts my spirits.
4. A
comfortable, clean and well lit room will make me feel at home.
5. The
breakfast. The more rich and delicious it is the better to my overall
impression about the hotel.
